Yes, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. Retreat prices include wellness treatments but exclude accommodation and meals, which can be arranged separately through our Sales and Reservations Team.

Our meals are thoughtfully prepared using whole-food ingredients to support health and vitality. We also offer personalized nutrition consultations to tailor your dining experience to your wellness goals.
Retreats: Enjoy free cancellation up to 21 days in advance during high season and 14 days in advance during low season.
À La Carte Treatments: In-house guests can cancel up to 4 hours before their appointment without charge. Outside guests must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, but rescheduling is allowed up to 4 hours prior at no extra cost. Deposits can be used within one month for another treatment.
Treatments are available for guests aged 16 and above. For younger guests, mini massages (ages 8-16) can be booked at Anantara Spa, while the Chang Club & Active Zone provide additional activities for children under 16.
