Layan LIFE Longevity Retreat is located within Anantara Layan Phuket Resort on the tranquil northwest coast of Phuket, about 25 minutes from Phuket International Airport. Private transfers can be arranged on request.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability.
What should I bring for my stay?
Bring light resort wear, activewear, swimwear, and any personal wellness or medical items. Robes, slippers, and amenities are provided.
Do I need to book a wellness programme in advance?
Advance booking is recommended to ensure consultation and treatment availability. À-la-carte bookings can also be made upon arrival.
What is included in a wellness retreat package?

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations at least seven days before arrival are refundable. Cancellations within seven days or no-shows incur a 50 % charge.
What if I have allergies or medical conditions?
Inform our team during pre-arrival consultation. Our doctors, nutritionists, and TTM specialists adapt meals and therapies to your needs.
Are children or pets allowed?
Layan LIFE Longevity Retreat is designed for guests 16 years and older. Younger guests are welcome to enjoy resort or Kids’ Club facilities. Pets are not allowed in wellness zones.
What are the age restrictions?
Treatments and facilities are open to guests aged 16 +. Teens may join fitness activities with guardian consent.
What is the dress code?
Comfortable resort attire is recommended. Swimwear is for the Vitality Pool area; robes and slippers are provided inside treatment areas.
Is smoking or alcohol permitted?
Smoking and alcohol are not permitted within wellness areas to maintain a healing atmosphere. Alcohol is available in other resort venues.
Is Wi-Fi and phone use allowed?
Wi-Fi is available in designated areas. Digital silence is encouraged in treatment and relaxation zones.
What facilities and therapies are available?
Facilities include Vitality Pools, Salt Sauna, Steam Room, fitness and movement studios, and clinics for Thai Traditional Medicine, physiotherapy, diagnostics, and nutrition.
Can couples or friends join a programme together?
Yes. Couples, friends, or families can join the same retreat or design individual programmes that complement one another. Shared or private sessions are available.
How are meals and dietary plans designed?
Meals follow our Wellness Cuisine & Nutrition Plan, blending Thai and Mediterranean principles with seasonal ingredients. Our chefs and nutritionists tailor menus for each guest’s wellness goal.
Do you offer medical or diagnostic testing?
Yes. Layan LIFE Longevity Retreat provides advanced diagnostics including 3D Body Scan, Oligoscan mineral testing, and energy mapping to personalise treatment pathways.
Are the practitioners certified?
All therapists and doctors are licensed specialists in Thai Traditional Medicine, physiotherapy, nutrition, and holistic disciplines, ensuring both safety and authenticity.
Can I purchase wellness products or continue my programme at home?
Yes. Our boutique offers Layan LIFE Longevity Retreat herbal teas, aromatherapy oils, and supplements recommended by our practitioners. Post-stay teleconsultations can also be arranged to support continued wellness at home.
