THE LAYAN LIFE CENTRE

Resting on a calm reflective pond within a circle of lush green foliage, the 1,767-sqm Layan Life centre with its minimalist aesthetic and neutral colour palette offers a space to breathe, while glass walls invite an abundance of natural light in. The structure places you at the heart of the resort, with easy access to the swimming pools and activity zones where you can engage with the ‘whole of life’ as well as quiet wellness areas for deep reflexion.

Medical and Holistic Facilities

Level two includes four consultation rooms, seven treatment rooms, a cryotherapy icepod chamber, a hyperbaric oxygen room, a colonic hydrotherapy room, Aqua vitality suite, a hydrotherapy bath, and a herbal dispensary. There is also a spacious IV vitamin therapy lounge with garden views and a relaxation lounge for unwinding.

Fitness, Pilates, Yoga and Wet Area

Level One features a state-of-the-art gym with Technogym equipment, a yoga studio, and a Pilates studio. Guests can enjoy aromatherapy steam rooms, Himalayan salt saunas, hot and cold vitality pools with massage jets, and experience showers. Separate male and female changing rooms ensure comfort and privacy.
